• No smoking inside of buildings, the smoking area will be in the parking lot.
• Checkout will be before 11:00am
• No parties or events are allowed.
• No pets are allowed.
• Apartments of 2 bedrooms are only allowed 4 people. Apartments of 1 bedroom only 2 people.
